Experience & Focus
My first tech job came not long after my first email address, fresh out of UCSB with a lit degree and a curiosity about what the internet could do. That kicked off a 30-year journey in tech, where I led teams, built products, and evolved alongside the people and systems I was shaping.
Over time, I realized the work I loved most wasn’t just about products, it was about people. That insight led me to coaching and facilitation. Today, I work with people and teams across all stages of career and growth: early, mid, and senior leaders, and cross-functional teams. Most come at a moment of transition, complexity, or when something feels stuck. Together, we create space for clarity, alignment, and purposeful momentum.
