My “Why”
At the core of my work is a simple belief: the best teams, leaders, and products don’t just happen—they’re built with intention and moving towards a clear purpose. I help people and teams step back, reflect, and create a path forward that works for them.
As a leadership and product coach, I work with individuals, teams, and organizations to navigate complexity, get clear on what matters, and build systems that support meaningful growth. I bring my experience as a product leader together with coaching methodologies like Leadership & Performance Coaching (Brown University) and Internal Family Systems (IFS for Coaches), and I’ve worked with clients like Cognizant, Walmart International, Rock Rabbit, and Women in Product.
But… Why?
I’ve always been curious, an explorer at heart, drawn to new ideas, challenges, and experiences. I value adventure, connection, and self-leadership, and I believe growth happens when we create space and permission to step into ourselves.
Early in my career, I churned and burned in fast-paced environments, leading teams and building products at companies like StarMaker Interactive, Nickelodeon, and Autodesk. I loved it! But over time, I found myself burning out and running on autopilot… doing, achieving, and prioritizing everything except what gave me energy. I felt the weight of a system that no longer fit me. It wasn’t until I took a step back, re-connecting with myself and the things that brought me joy, that I saw the bigger picture for myself and what purposeful work meant to me.
That’s when it clicked—I could combine coaching principles with product frameworks & tools, and apply them in a way that helped people and teams create their own systems for growth. I had spent my career helping teams build great products; now, I help people and organizations build great foundations for leadership, alignment, and purpose. If I can help you see yourself more clearly and take meaningful action, that’s my fuel.
This is my mission, passion, and purpose.

Every path looks different.
If you’re in the middle of figuring out yours, I’d be glad to hear your story too.
